An entrepreneur by nature, Sarah has many years of experience in the development of sustainable businesses that can be positioned to provide income for organizations involved in wildlife conservation. Over a period of eight years working for the tourism section of the Ol Pejeta Conservancy in Kenya (www.olpejetaconservancy.org), Sarah developed a range of new revenue streams focused around retail, “voluntourism” and “value add”, resulting in enhanced visitor engagement (“immersive tourism”) as well as significantly increased financial resources for conservation.
