About Nairobi Tented Camp

It might not be an untamed wilderness but this is an authentic safari camp experience and a great introduction to a Kenyan safari. The perfect one or 2 night stopover before or after your Kenya safari, Nairobi Tented Camp offers game drives and guided walks as well as opportunities to take in the city's highlights such as the Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage, Giraffe Centre and Karen Blixen Museum

All meals at the camp are crafted to complement the authenticity of the safari experience that guests will have the pleasure of enjoying. A freshly brewed hot drink is delivered to your tent in the morning before you set off on a game drive in search of the Nairobi National Park's varied wildlife. Following a mid-morning return to camp, a wholesome cooked breakfast awaits, consisting of freshly baked bread and a variety of hot dishes. Later in the day, a mouthwatering light lunch is served alfresco in the dappled shade of an olive tree. After the excitement of your afternoon game drive, a welcoming fireside cocktail prepares you for a sumptuous a la carte dinner in the softly glowing lantern light, with the sounds of Africa all around you.

Location - Nairobi National Park

Nairobi National Park is a national park in Kenya that was established in 1946 about 7 km south of Nairobi. It is fenced on three sides, whereas the open southern boundary allows migrating wildlife to move between the park and the adjacent Kitengela plains. Herbivores gather in the park during the dry season.
